What is Devil Dog Digital?Devil Dog Digital provides an AI-enabled CRM and automation platform plus optional strategy, development and implementation support. Businesses can use the platform directly or engage the team for a supported deployment.
What can the platform automate?Common use cases include lead capture, email and SMS follow-up, appointment scheduling, pipeline updates, review requests, voice and chat assistance, customer communication and internal workflow routing.
Do I need technical experience?No coding is required for normal platform use. You should still expect to configure your business details, offers and workflows or choose implementation support if you want help building the system.

Your subscription, communication usage and custom implementation are separate cost categories.
What is included in the monthly subscription?Your monthly plan provides access to the CRM, automation, marketing and AI platform capabilities listed for your tier. Capacity limits differ between Recon Core and Force AI.
Are voice and SMS included in the plan price?No. Voice AI and AI SMS are usage-based services. Current public pricing is $0.18 per voice minute and $0.04 per AI SMS message, funded through the platform wallet.
Can I upgrade, downgrade or cancel?Yes. Platform plans are month-to-month, and plan changes are prorated based on the billing period.
Implementation and integrations

Custom configuration and development are available when the platform needs to fit established processes or systems.
Is setup or custom development included?Standard platform support is included with subscriptions. Hands-on configuration, custom workflows, integrations and white-glove deployment are scoped and priced separately.
What systems can Devil Dog Digital integrate with?Integration options depend on the systems involved and their available APIs or connectors. Common connections include Google, Outlook, social platforms, Zapier-compatible tools and external CRM or business systems.
Can you customize a prebuilt niche marketing system?Yes. A prebuilt system can be adapted to your brand, offer, service area and customer journey. More complex requirements may be treated as a custom implementation.
How is customer data protected?Security depends on the platform configuration, connected systems, access controls and your data-handling requirements. Enterprise engagements can include a specific security and access review before deployment.
