How does billing work exactly?
Your subscription is the license to access our AI/CRM Platform as a whole. The usage costs associated are the voice minutes—each call is paid by your wallet balance. Voice AI calls are $0.18 per minute and AI SMS chat is $0.04 per message, billed down to the millisecond of talk time for maximum transparency.
How does the wallet system work?
When your agency uses a usage-based service, that usage is deducted from your wallet. Initially, the agency's card on file is charged to add balance, and this amount is then transferred into the agency wallet. As the agency or any of its sub-accounts utilize any usage-based services, the wallet balance decreases accordingly. If the wallet balance falls below a predefined threshold, it will automatically reload by charging the agency's card again, replenishing the wallet.
Am I able to upgrade or cancel anytime I want?
Of course! Our goal is to grow and scale alongside you. You are able to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime you would like. For upgrades and downgrades, they will be prorated at the time of the change so that you are only paying for the usage time for the billing period. No long-term commitments. No hidden fees.
Does this work for any country/language in the world?
Yes, it does. We work with your GoHighLevel configurations, so you are able to add us into your current outreach and response campaigning with ease. For calling, platform numbers are US-only—however, we allow for number importing using SIP trunking with any telephony provider that supports it, giving you global reach.
