These Terms of Use (“Agreement”) govern your use of our website and digital services. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the site or our services.

1. Scope of Services

We provide AI-powered SEO, automation, content marketing, and web development. While we apply expert-level strategy and tools, no results (e.g., traffic, leads, revenue) are guaranteed due to external factors outside our control.

2. Key Definitions

  • White Hat SEO: SEO aligned with search engine guidelines.
  • Black Hat SEO: Prohibited manipulative tactics. We don’t do this.
  • Domain Authority (DA): SEO metric from Moz.com.
  • DoFollow / NoFollow: Link types that influence SEO differently.
  • User Content: Anything you provide us to help execute your campaign.

4. Platform Access & Licensing

You are granted a non-transferable license to use our tools and services during our engagement. We may suspend access if these terms are violated.

5. Your Responsibilities

You must provide timely access to your website, credentials, goals, and other requested materials. Delays or failure to provide these do not qualify for refunds.

6. Use of Our Platform

  • Do not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with our software or dashboards.
  • Do not share login access or impersonate others.
  • Do not use our platform to violate laws or harm others.

7. Payments & Billing

  • The initial payment is due within 7 days of the agreement.
  • Recurring billing is monthly or annually, as stated in your plan.
  • Late payments incur 1.5% monthly fees.
  • You are responsible for any 3rd-party processor fees.

8. Refund Policy

All payments are final. Many of our services involve upfront costs (e.g., content creation, research, ad spend). If you are unhappy, contact your rep and we’ll do our best to resolve it.

9. Campaign Timelines

Project timelines are estimates. Delays may happen due to evolving goals or external circumstances. They are not guaranteed deadlines.

10. Intellectual Property

All Devil Dog Digital software, branding, and tools remain our property. You may not copy or resell them.

11. Modifications & Termination

  • We may update these Terms at any time.
  • You may cancel services with 30 days’ notice.
  • We reserve the right to terminate immediately for violations or misuse.

12. Legal

Jurisdiction: Minnesota law applies. Disputes will be resolved by arbitration in Minneapolis, MN.

Class Action Waiver: You agree not to file any class actions.

Severability: If any clause is invalid, the rest still apply.

If you believe your copyrighted material has been used improperly, email legal@devildogdigital-ai.us.stackstaging.com with proof and details.
